How to bundle small goods with mini stretch film

Group the items on a stable work surface and cover vulnerable edges when appropriate. Attach the film, wrap the area that needs restraint and maintain controlled tension. Finish with a secure overlap rather than leaving a loose tail. Inspect the bundle for movement and check that the wrapping does not hide labels that must remain visible.

Arrange parts so they support one another and cannot slide out through an open end. Place any agreed separator or surface protection before applying film. Keep fingers away from pinch points while bringing the items together.

Wrap at the positions shown in the packing instruction and use enough overlap to secure the film to itself. Avoid stretching across unsupported openings where the film could pull a light component out of shape or leave it unsupported.

Test the completed bundle with the normal transfer and storage method. Check that individual pieces cannot escape and that labels remain legible. If an operator needs to change the wrap position, review and record the revised method.

Confirm your specification

Specify width, thickness, roll length or net material weight, core size, colour, packing, quantity and destination. Final dimensions and performance are confirmed by the sample and order.
