Maintaining airflow during wrapping

Wrap according to the load restraint requirement while keeping the ventilation paths effective. Avoid covering every opening with labels, top sheets or overlapping layers without reviewing airflow. Keep the pallet arrangement consistent so air can reach the required surfaces. Assess the wrapped sample during representative storage and handling rather than only immediately after packing.

Inspect cartons or crates before stacking and keep their intended ventilation openings unobstructed. Position the load consistently with the approved arrangement. Film selection alone cannot compensate for a stack that blocks the product’s air path internally.

Place labels where they can be read without covering the main ventilation area. If a cover is needed for another reason, review its effect on airflow. Avoid adding an extra layer during production without checking the complete arrangement.

After wrapping, inspect the sides and top before moving the pallet. During the trial, also inspect the goods after the relevant storage or temperature change. Record findings so operators know which features of the pattern must remain consistent.

Confirm your specification

Specify width, thickness, roll length or net material weight, core size, colour, packing, quantity and destination. Final dimensions and performance are confirmed by the sample and order.
