Nano stretch film for demanding pallet loads
High-strength nano stretch film is intended for loads where punctures and tears make ordinary wrapping inconsistent. It works by stretching around a load and retaining tension, rather than shrinking under heat. Match the material to the edges, weight distribution and handling route. The product name alone does not establish a guaranteed layer count, stretch ratio or saving; confirm those characteristics for the supplied grade.
Consider where the load is most demanding: projecting carton corners, an uneven top, heavy items resting on weaker boxes, or repeated handling between warehouses. A film trial should represent those conditions rather than an unusually tidy demonstration pallet.
Look at the complete wrapped load. Good film performance is useful only when the goods remain connected to the pallet, the upper layers stay aligned and labels remain readable. Carton strength and edge protection still matter.
Keep the approved film specification beside the wrapping instruction. Record roll identification, equipment used and the accepted load arrangement so purchasing and warehouse teams can reproduce the result when the next order arrives.
